The Willows of Arbor Lakes is proudly managed by Southview Senior Communities. Our roots date back to 1966 when Harry and Pearl Lemieux purchased Southview Acres Health Care Center in West St. Paul. In the decades since, the Lemieux family has continued to improve and expand their senior care services, benefitting thousands of residents and their families throughout Minneapolis-St. Paul.
In 2003, Harry and Pearl’s grandson, Lance Lemieux, wanted to serve the younger and more independent generation of seniors. He recognized that there were many seniors who didn’t require the level of specialized care provided by his grandparents’ care center but would benefit immensely from a caring community with professional medical and other staff members on site.
By 2005, Lance welcomed the first residents to Southview Senior Living in West St. Paul, just a few feet from Southview Acres. To this day, Lance continues his family’s legacy of enhanced service at all our locations across the Metro.
Lance’s vision for a comprehensive continuum of care is fully realized in our senior communities. The professional and respectful staff at The Willows of Arbor Lakes proudly provides residents with living arrangements and care that fit their unique needs. This includes memory care apartments for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory loss, as well as à la carte service options to create a customized care plan.
